Six Sentence Sunday- More from Branded

Happy Sunday, everyone! I hope  you all had a wonderful week. Mine has gone well. I just typed THE END on another story. So I'm riding that high. I have edits coming for "Branded" soon. I'd like to share a little more from "Branded" this week. Since there wasn't a Six Sentence listing last week, but I didn't realize it until after I'd already posted, if you'd like to see what I put up last week just scroll down a little further.

Setup: Alex has taken Maggie on a tour of the Branded Division facilities, but he's made sure to brush against her any chance he could. She was caught daydreaming when he paused in the hall and he's bringing her attention back to the present. Enjoy!

He placed his hand just above her right shoulder and leaned closer. His lips lingered a mere fraction away from her ear. “The fantasy you were thinking about. Was it good?”

He breathed the words in a rough whisper making her shiver. He licked the rim of her ear before she could move to the side out of his reach.
